My Early Years…
I grew up in a very small town in New Jersey. At about the age of 8, I became extremely shy and introverted. Over the years this did not improve, as a matter of fact it got worse. I became anxiety prone and worried all of the time. This continued through college and into the first years of my work life.
I took a 9-5 desk job I severely disliked right out of college because at the time I honestly didn’t think I could do any better. About a year 1/2 into this miserable job I got what seemed a random inspiration to travel to Europe. It was from a man I only met briefly one day and never saw again. This was way out of my character! I planned and followed through, with perseverance and some miracles I had an amazing 5 month trip alone that opened my mind to possibilities I never considered.
My Life is Rolling Along…
When I returned to the US, I realized I could never go back to a boring office job! Spontaneously, I moved out to Colorado (now my Mom really thought I was crazy!). I began having fun and living a healthy lifestyle and supporting myself with a job pretty well. Because of my interests in health and well-being, I enrolled and completed training in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. I was so excited to get out of school and start my practice. Finally I had a purpose and was going to make a huge difference in people’s lives!
Then I got a huge reality check…
You see, I had never had my own business and neither had anyone in my family. I had no training or background! The first 2 years were the hardest I have ever experienced. I was fraught with anxiety and overwork without much to show for it. This meant money was not flowing and I took the little money I had, invested it, hoping to get a return that would assist in supporting me. Then the 2nd bomb fell and I lost all of that money plus $50,000 more!
Everything came to a screeching halt and I had to stop and take a hard look at myself. I saw there was much inner work that needed to be done. I also realized I had to put some serious time into learning real world business and investing skills. I started from square 1, so with commitment and willingness to do whatever it took, I built a successful practice and took a break from investing.
Back in the Saddle…
While treating people for many varying illnesses and health problems, I started to see a pattern. People who were open and had a willingness to do what it takes to get better, almost always improved vastly more than those who had a negative attitude and a closed mind.
I also noticed something else of large proportions. The health problems I was observing were only a symptom of a much bigger issue. This issue is an epidemic of people who do not know who they are or what they have natural talent for. They go to purposeless jobs they hate, or at best are neutral about because they have never conceived of anything better. Many are just afraid to consider or try anything else. Living a life without meaning infiltrates every corner of our lives. Humans thrive when they do what they love and feel they are making a positive difference
Finding my Purpose…
I began to search for the way out of all of this. I believe life is supposed to be an adventure with lots of possibilities to discover and create a fulfilling life, including wealth of every kind.
I started to focus how one can attain success and fulfillment in the world of business since so many people have issues in this area, especially around money. This has helped me to fine tune my own purpose. I know I am here to guide others to find and live an incredible life. This includes loving relationships, fulfilling work and plenty of money.
During this time of fine tuning, I became interested in online marketing. I saw it as a great way for me to expand my ability to reach out to greater numbers of people and create a business I absolutely love that can transform so many lives.
My Role in this…
We need to Wake Up! And I believe we are starting to! I see a shift happening everywhere. It’s time now for us all to really start becoming more aware of every present moment and become the incredible beings we really are! A lot, maybe everything depends on what we choose now!
So here I am today living a life I never could have imagined even 10 years ago. I am a mentor and a coach working with those who are ready for a real change.
